Our list is open. we are now taking new patient registrations. You may apply to reception from Monday to Friday during surgery opening hours.
In order to register with our practice, proof of residency by previous medical card, utility bill, bank statement, rent book, contract of employment, new scheme letter of introduction or proof of UK residence is required.
